Insurance Producer
We are looking to add producers to our sales force and are seeking top candidates to join our team.
The candidate must be outgoing and driven to succeed in a competitive environment, targeting commercial customers. This is a unique opportunity to launch a career with great income potential.
Duties:
- Develop prospects through direct solicitation program, identify business opportunities using contacts and databases and establish affiliations through community affairs, affiliations and other contacts.
- Develop all information and recommendations for prospective accounts, present proposals
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; research and recommend new opportunities.
- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Skills/Qualifications:

· Great negotiation and prospecting skills
· Able to Meet Sales Goals

· Independent
· Strong Motivation for Sales.
· Candidates should demonstrate a successful and stable work history, and basic computer skills.
P & C license mandatory.
Prior sales extremely valuable.
We will provide the lead generation, customer service, certificate and claims personnel.
Initial base salary transitioning to full commission status.
